TP says he is being careful with him coz the shoulder is still a problem. Therefore he puts him on the bench If the shoulder went again and we lose Ric for the season we are left with BT Mama Camara and Periwinkle which really scares me

losing fuller would obv be a massive loss but Beattie Mama and Camara is decent enough striker force imo

A key player to our survival at this level
Pulis appears to be nursing him back (and, on the basis we originally thought we'd lost him for the remainder of the season)
understandable but, undestandably frustrating also
he's still the 'main man' the enigma, the wild card, the man who makes things happen ----and no mistake !
And to think, some knucklehads on here wanted him sacking !!!!
'brainless kamikazi pilots' one and all !

can't complain really considering he was originally going to be out for at least 6-8 weeks!! gotta be grateful we only have for half a match at the mo...could have been a lot worse!

im half happy he isnt starting less time to do something stupid and is effective as a super sub Do we have the luxury of being able to rest key players from the start though? When he brought him on at Goodison on Saturday the game was already as good as over. I'm a fan of Mama's but its plain to see he isn't match fit, and with 9 huge games remaining i don't think this is the time to be carrying players to boost their fitness. We need our best players on the field from the off, we don't all of a sudden become vulnerable and overly attacking by starting the likes of Fuller and Ethers from the off, it just means we have a better chance of converting the limited chances we will get in games, particularly away to sides where we have to obtain alot of pressure.

i think it is better him coming on a sub as he makes beattie play a lot better.
also i think that it is better to have him on the bench and play about 60 mins than play a whole match make it worse and then be out for the rest of the season

Perhaps we should try for Kitson from Reading Sidibe and fuller both not fit the former clear to a blind man the latter according to the maanger , so we need another proven premier league striker rather than creswell or pericard
