Just to let you know, There is a problem with scfcdirect online season ticket sales/renewals. I have just rang the ticket office and they ask for you to leave it about an hour or so. Just to save you the extortionate cost of ringing them and in case you thought it was a problem with your PC like i did

no real surprise that there are problems with scfcdirect, eh? There's probably 4 ST holders trying to renew and it's gone into meltdown

So theres no rush.

Stokie 25, what was your problem exactly? I got into the system ok, selected my seat, confirmed my address details and entered the payment details. Everything was fine up to that point and then it told me an error had occurred in processing the transaction. Before anyone says anything - yes there IS enough money in my account! ;D

Different message to what I got. Never mind, we like a bit of variety! I tried twice - I just hope they haven't debited my account twice. I rang the office and got a message saying they would ring me back - so at least it will cost them.
Why is it so much easier to donate to Rory's charity bike ride or to Red Nose Day than it is to buy a Stoke City season ticket?

scfcdirect like my arse! Been trying all morning but the servers been down Then when I get in it will only allow me to renew my ST and doesn't link my ticket to my 2 kids! I then tried to register in their individual names but as they don't have an email address I used mine and it just kept "finding" my account all the time so wouldn't let me register them. In the end I phoned the ticket office. It was answered in seconds and within 3 minutes I was 700 notes lighter having been dealt with by the nicest bloke you could wish to speak to. So much for technology

My screen showed transaction failed twice this morning but this afternoon my purchase "history" showed that a season ticket had been bought today. No confirmation by email so I rang the ticket office and he confirmed a ticket had been bought but said I would have to check my bank account to check that it hadn't been debited twice.

It rang for ages on me, but they answered after a couple of minutes. Perservere, it doesn't cost to let it ring but it costs a small fortune to be on hold to the o8 r-i-p-o-f-f line
