Second one Would've been an oppurtunity missed if we played WBA, not a team contending for Champs League

Great weekend - never going to win today and others have lost valuable ground with easier games. Very happy !!!!!

Not a bad weekend considering (apart from possibly Arsenal) this was our most difficult remaining game.
The season starts next Saturday for me.

Would have been a major shock to even get a point at Goodison, fantastic that all bottom 10 teams have come a cropper today!
We must push on though, next week is a proper six-pointer and we need to bag three points otherwise momentum will be lost.....

i think its fair to say that nobody expected much today then. in the grand scheme of things i suppose its been a good day, despite slipping into a relegation spot on goal difference

Great thread and realism too! Anyone in the bottom half of the table can go down, can't expect to get anything at Everton, who does? We win our home games against the teams close to us and beat Baggies and we are home and dry

This makes a change from all the wristslashing rubbish on here after every "non win"

Although we've dropped two places, things couldn't have gone much better for us elsewhere. Hopefully we can see of Boro' next week but it'll be tough - they're a strange side to play against.
