Agree with Lakeland Potter. I'd be happy to attend, (assuming a convenient train) if it was on a match day.

At the next meeting (on Wednesday) the FF are going to raise the issue of meeting times to hopefully shift them to before a matchday. The idea is to be as representative as possible and to do that the more people the merrier. The early afternoon mid-week sessions seem to be obstructing that process
I floated the idea a couple of meetings ago and provided the meeting was finished at 1pm latest (so they can concentrate on matchday duties) then this was ok'd in principle

Agreed about the one way system - I lived for years in Leicester. It may have changes as they have a new stadium, but it's pretty close to Filbert St.
The road (Upperton road) that leads to the A46 and then the M1 was made one way about 15 mins before the end of the match. Upperton Road leads to Filbert St and the Leicester Tigers ground AND the Royal Infirmary!!! I think one of the biggest hospitals in England ( the size of the NSRI) trumps Pets at Home!

I have an idea that would save a lot of hot air and greatly reduce the tea and biscuit burden on the council ratepayers.
Why doesn't someone remind everyone concerned that the Safety Certificate for the stadium was granted on the basis that sufficient parking spaces had to be provided and this clause was met by the Michelin spaces.
As these have disappeared it may be worthwhile pointing out the safety certificate for the stadium is now being breached and the stadium should be closed until the matter is addressed.
Maybe then we would get some action instead of talk.

Quite right, Mark. And wasn't the A50 bridge part of the same thing. We finally got it after ten years!
What happens when the Trent car park is no longer available to us?
