We couldn't fill our stadium when we were in the Championship either. Look at the average crowds from the last 10 years at the Brit. I'm sure if they got promoted they'd fill a 30,000. All the people that haven't been going for years would all of a sudden buy season tickets and fill the place. Hmmm... that sounds familiar

isnt it something to do with the world cup bid for 2018?.. every stadium has to be 40k+ and there are none in the south west... i heard that Brizzle and Forest's new grounds would be included.. they need 12 venues, and you can only have 2 per city -
London - Wembley & Emirates Manchester - OT and City of Manchester North East - Stadium of Shite and SJP Villa Park Anfield Elland Road? ... ..
You can see that we need some more...

I'd go with Wembley and Emirates OT and Eastlands SOL SJP New Anfield and New Everton Forest Villa Park maybe St. Mary's (it has held internationals) maybe Pompey's new one and I thought the minimum capacity was 30k not 40k?

The Cardiff one looks OK, but it'll be really hard for them to expand it, they'll have to take the whole roof off. www.cardiffcitystadium.co.ukOur's is much more suited to expansion, they made the main stands tall but left the corners open.

Brizzle has been suggested as a possible location for the world cup. But there must be potential for decent crowds in Bristol......As our Messiah once famously said Bristol City is a bigger club than Stoke....we shouldn't argue with him..should we?
