Sonko, Etherington, Lawrence all turned up late in a mad rush.
Lawrence looked sharp enough during training altho' it might be me he looks like he's put a bit of timber on.
Fuller in good spirits told me he should be back in a couple of weeks
Delap and Etherington carried on training after everyone had finished (don't know if this was punishment for red cards)
Kitson and Griff seemed proper pissed off when leaving after training
Alan Smith was also there (ex Arsenal) told me he was interviewing Beattie

Be surprised bout Fuller being back in couple of weeks from dislocated shoulder, good news Mama is back for weekend, just a shame we got no Delap or Ethers, Could provide a deserved oportunity for Lawrence tho!

Mama looked fine. Someone asked him if he will be playing on Sat, but I didn't hear what he said! ???
You were right about Griff, he had a right strop on! Probably just heard the team selection for Sat.
