Is it best to go to Witton or Aston station for the Villa Game? Cheers

Witton is adjacent to the away end. Aston station's probably twice as far away, but hardly the end of the world if you fancy a walk!

Only £8 for me with a railcard. 10.48 I'm on along with SCS.

train from stafford sometime for me, getting off at Witton and going in the 'Cap and Gown' are any other Stokies using this place? Talking to a Villa mate he says its a good atmosphere and right next to the ground so you can't lose really

Just an added note. After the game, you'll get shoved to Witton anyway, and probably not be allowed to return to Aston station, although the train passes through Aston on the way back to Birmingham New Street. If getting off in Aston, avoid The Adventurers on the walk to the ground. It's their main pub, and you're extremely unlikely to be allowed in anyway. My advice would be to enjoy a few beers in and around Brum city centre as we will be doing, and then making the short train journey from New Street.
