Up until the Sunderland game, I thought we'd stay up. After the whistle blew at the end of 90 minutes at the Stadium of Light, I was resigned to relegation. I thought we'd seen the mistakes that had been costing us, and would make the changes needed to improve. TP even said as much. In the final event, nothing changed. We still had square pegs in round holes, injured or unfit players, gaping holes in midfield, and bad discipline problems. Our home form is none too brilliant recently. How on earth can we expect to stay up on that form? Everything has been lined up to give us success this season, funding from the chairman beyond our wildest expectations, incredible support, and dire performances by some of the other teams around us. Sadly, a pig-headed managerial approach, only equaled by the short-sighted Mowbray, is going to see us down.

You can stay up on home forms - IF you get draws away.
Fulham haven't won away from home this season but prettily sit in mid-table because they don't leak stupid goals away from home.
