The law of large numbers (LLN) is a theorem in probability that describes the long-term stability of the mean of a random variable. Given a random variable with a finite expected value, if its values are repeatedly sampled, as the number of these observations increases, their mean will tend to approach and stay close to the expected value. in other words a rare occurrence will happen given enough time Come on Cressie!!!!!!!!!!!

He should have scored at Sunderland (when he swiped and missed the ball) before Camera rattled the ball. Strange how Tone focussd on how Camera would never have a better chance to get off the mark and dismised the opportunity for Cresser!

Cresswell contributes nothing and he will never score a goal in the Premier League as long as he's got a hole in his arse.
All this crap about him working hard and running around like a headless chicken means f... all, when the net result is f... all. FFS, he's paid c £10 grand a week for keeping fit and running around a lot.
Any takers for the next available position for that role at the club?

Well the law of diminishing returns doesn't apply here as there would have had to be a return to begin with to diminish

Well the law of diminishing returns doesn't apply here as there would have had to be a return to begin with to diminish Law of diminishing returns states that for more of one factor added to another there will be an increase in return until a set level whereby it will start to diminish. If you see Cresswell as the constant, pitch time as the variable and goals as the return, then we have already seen the return from him which has been diminishing since the end of last season

If he hasn't scored yet this season, then then his average goals is 0 per match, so why is he expected to score in terms of averages... when his average is 0?

Law of averages tends to work with random things. If you left a chicken in a kitchen, the law of average doesn't suggest that he'd ever cook me a full english.
