...Have tough fixtures against top-half opposition this weekend.
Blackburn v Villa Chelsea v Hull Man City v Boro Portsmouth v Liverpool West Brom v Newcastle (not that hard)
If we can get a result today it could really see us move away from the bottom teams.

Had to smile at SSN this a.am. The bookie feels that HUll are pretty safe as they have poijts in the bag, whilst us and the Babbies, four poihts adrift are firm favourites to go down. With a bit of luck today could narrow the difference to one poit. Wonder what the betting re Hull, us and the Baggies would be then? Granted, they do have the points, but with the games left to play, where is all the time in the world for things to change. Having said that, I'd be more than happy for all three of us to stay up.

I only care about 1 team staying up Lancer You're right about the bookies though, I bought Stoke to stay up after the Bolton game in an index, made a tidy profit on that so far. I woke up on the sofa this morning to SSN, just to hear smug Tangoman saying Lampard's goal against them was a fluke and that they were unlucky to lose. What a twat.

Like you Baggers, my biggest wish is for us to stay up. But I would still like the others to stay up with us, the league needs a change, and other fans deserve for their clubs to get some of the money sloshing around. We'll prove then that the money makes the difference, not the clubs history, despite the media hype to the contrary.

I've got a nasty feeling that Blackburn will beat Villa.

I don't think there will be any upset amongst that, I fancy WBA to beat Newcastle though.
