What a crock of crap that 'Merseyside Derby' was. Boring garbage. And they have the cheek to slag Stoke off. All that holding in the area. Is Kuyt a Homo or something. Since when did holding a player with both arms become legal? It really pisses me off

The funniest thing about it was the "technical problem" towards the end of extra time. Suddenly, the match cut away for a tictacs advert - when it came back about half a minute later Everton players were celebrating. their goal
ITV really are shit.

it was absolute dross and a fine cure for insomnia I almost woke up several times but thankfully the quality of the football kept me napping just in time for bed.

Typical Premiership boring rubbish. No wonder some of these 'experts' want us out, we're too exciting.

Camera cuts to eight year old girl in red, sitting in the Everton end. 'This is the griendly derby, wher you can be on opposite sides but still stand where you want to support your own team'.What happens at other grounds, do they attack kids? Liverpool/ Everton is no different than any other derby game, except for the anal penetration by the media.

Yeah, I notice the only reds they could find sat with the Everton fans were both young girls.

It was the most boring match ive seen in a long long time.
watching Everton was watching paint dry, pass forward, pass back, pass across, pass back and repeat 90 minutes.

It might give some of you an impression of how most people see our games? Ted - I assume you fall asleep at most Stoke games?

The Merseyside "leave your foot in" Derby.
It's a good job that the ref was pretty lenient with the cards, first half. It would have been about 7-a-side midway through the second. And if Arsene Wenger had been one of the managers ;D
Edit - PS. That Lucas bloke is a forking liability, isn't he?

to be fair it wasn't particularly good footy but i think the Liverpool derby is actually quite decent to watch just for the niggles and passion (which is usually Everton to be fair) but it's never a good game of football anyway but still as a neutral prob the best derby game to watch

It might give some of you an impression of how most people see our games? Ted - I assume you fall asleep at most Stoke games? Who cares what other people think? The Scouse nation seemed to be enjoying themselves, especially the Blue half at the end. I've enjoyed some of our "struggles" immensely, this season. I suppose it's a "you had to be there" type of thing.

Always funny to hear them talk up it all up as though it's football at its finest. That's what annoyed me. They were coming out with stuff like, "well, the quality of the football isn't great, but you can't deny it's a typical, full-blooded cup tie; this is what the FA Cup is all about". Of course, many of our matches are like this and all we get is, "it's hardly a classic" or "I couldn't watch that every week". They could at least show a bit of consistency.

I turned it on after the BBC news had finished at 10.35, looks like I saw the only good bit I watched the whole thing - must have missed the good bit though.. Earlier I got Setanta, not having sky. There are a hell of a lot of dull matches that could do with a really good long throw to liven them up

I'd rather pan fry my own bollocks than sit through that shite again.
Fucking Scousers squealing like little piglets about how fantastic their teams are and living on the memories of a long forgotten past whilst thinking about how many DVD's they have to copy for the weekend.
Liverpool .... Luck personified with penalties thrown in for good measure, and Gerard .... Cheating little bastard who dives in like a lust hungry porno wannabe.
Everbore .... Tap it round the park until they realise they aren't good enough so HOOOOF it to the corners where a big nosed stick on legs with a ball of wool for a head runs around like a headless chicken on ice only to watch it go out of play.
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAANK !!!
