Do you mean SKY as in, a bar subscribing to UK Skysports or something else? If the former, just look at the skysports listings. If the latter, then I have no idea. There is a French website www.voirdufoot.com/programmes/ which tells me all the live games on French channels, then I look at the Sky and Setanta listings for UK ones, and pop to my local which has sky and Setanta subscriptions.

this site... www.futbolenlatele.com/ gives info on all the games broadcast on terrestrial, satelite and terrestrial digital tv in Spain but it doesn't usually have the info about the English games they're showing until a couple of days before - usually Man U, Chelsea or Iberpool. Channels for premier league matches are La 2, teledeporte and Gol TV (though Gol tv is only available in certain regions in Spain). Stoke have been on Gol TV, which is not available where I live a few times but only once on the others (v Spurs at home ;D) otherwise do as suggested above and look at the sky tv guides then find an English pub with sky. Streaming sites and Nige's commentary are your best bet otherwise.

liveonsat.com/daily.phpthen go to UK/Ireland then premiership only It lists every game each week, and every channel and broadcaster showing it in europe. Is good to get an indication of streaming, as the more channels covering a match, the more chance it'll be streaming somewhere.

freep2pfootball is good as well and gives schedules a few days in advance (Stoke games always seem to be Sopcast though so install that as well)

Apart from the link Bayern posted, there isn't anything else for Italy as far as I know.
However, they have 30 channels dedicated to football. 20 of which show all Serie A games and some Serie B games. The other 10 are made up of Premier League and Bundesliga and some La Liga.
If it isn't on live, it will definitely be a replay of the full match at some point in the following week.

The link I posted includes Italy, it includes nearly every TV broadcaster in Europe.
For example it shows that Sky Sports 1 (italy) is showing ManCity - Boro at 12.45 and then Chelsea - Hull at 15.00
Infact, the only channel showing the Stoke game is "Show Comedy Extra" an Arabian Overspill channel for sport if I remember rightly.
