I don't need explain myself, but feeling that I have to
When I hear things whether by a friend or on here, I ask a family friend, who as good links at Stoke, how true it is
I said from day 1 that we weren't signing Harewood, when a lot of others seemed to think we were.
I heard we were after Leldley so I asked Mr A..and he told me, what that a bid was in etc, other people heard exactly the same. People with good sources.
I had a good idea of the amount of money we were likely to spend, and I added the Leldley fee to that, if Leldley had signed I would have been bang on the money there.
I went to the ground on the Friday before Beattie signed and heard about the deal, the price etc and I posted it on here, and because it came off (all be-it I got the day wrong) I got no shit for that
I also know a lad who works at the ground, and i ahve been badgering him for inofrmation, he doesn't always give it me and if he does he tells me not to post... all what he tells me I believe to be true
If I have offended anyone bby posting things I hear and it doesn't come off - Leldley at the ground, then I appologise, but if you read the thread I never once said it was 100% and I did say my mate could ahve mistook someone else for Leley, or he could ahve lied to me I don't know.
Some of the things I said, have come off 2 haven't and the 2 that ahven't is because of the same thing... Ledley not signing!

This wans't a reply to your post, in all fainess, I thought it was decent banter. All good fun int it. Just want to clear up that I didn't come on here posting things intentialy to decieve.

A-teen....
After the slating I got over the whole Danny Pugh number plate thing..(still waiting for the apologies btw..) I understand there is a real difference between people who give what they believe to be genuine info and bullshit artists who deserve an arse kicking.....

to be honest a teen im not really botherd. Some people come on here with bullshit just to stir a reaction but you seem half decent. i take everything i hear on this board with a pinch of slat anyway and when i hear it im not fully expecting it to happen.
