still love ricky but did anyone else notice except for me on Saturday how he did not go and congratulate Beats when he scored :/ but then saying that only wilko, pugh and whelen did, has fuller's nose been put out of place and he doesnt like the fact that the new playes are getting attention or is it because he just had an off day im not too sure
anyone else's opinions?

I thought that too - he is used to being the centre of attention. Hopefully he will knuckle down and realise his place in the side is no longer guaranteed.

the crowd didnt really make a fuss of his return and ric thrives on attention. we need to encourage him he was a massive reason for us being here and after all we all make mistakes he didnt exactly murder someone

Great! he needed his nose pur=tting out. Now we should see what a really good player he is. Love the guy, but he did need some competition. he'll be no worse a player now, but he'll just have to show it. Come on, Riccy, we still love you mate, and need you.

Why do people have to try and pick up on anything to try and put Ric down FFS Get behind his back to roar him on instead of on his back to pull him apart STILL OUR MOST IMPORTANT PLAYER

When he was scythed down (not even a foul) he cut his arm which was why he had to get the bandage on.

you would think that when the keeper jumps for joy when he see's the net bulge at the other end of the pitch, then the strike partner of the person who had just scored who is on the 6 yard line and knows his team have just gone 1-0 up may get a little excited, well folks ive just gone and watched it again and sorry to say it but he just turns and walks back. no joy at all shown that the team he plays for have just scored. there were 25000 of us fecking jumping in the stands and 1 on the pitch that was wearing red and white, just turned and walked back. Cant see from the replays if he does congrats him eventually or not but he didnt seem to care much we had just gone 1-0 up if i am honest. read from that what you will

the crowd didnt really make a fuss of his return and ric thrives on attention. we need to encourage him he was a massive reason for us being here and after all we all make mistakes he didnt exactly murder someone exactly! fullers frustrations come out after we conceeded another soft goal, give the bloke a break, o.k maybe he went a bit far but he was showing his passion for the club, he saw the red mist and everybody is capable of that i dont care who you are. he wants us to score goals not conceed soft ones. The guy is a Stoke City legend imo and WILL still play a massive part of keeping us up. If we use fuller as an impact sub for the rest of the season i reckon he'll easily get 13 goals, he'll be lethal against anybody coming on as a sub for the last 20 minutes, he'll definatley wn us more points being played like this.

Thats spot on mate. I've been worried for a couple of months now, Rik just doesn't seem himself. hopefully he'll get his head straight and start terrorizing those defenders again (not ours BTW ;D)

he was injured, he could hardly move would you run 30 yards to congratulate somebody when you are injured, knowing they have to come back past you to restart the game?

I think Fuller needs to be brought down a peg or two, he has gone on too long thinking that we cannot function without him. Hence his attitude sometimes. Beattie is refreshing and I hope it gives Fuller a kick up the arse.

he was injured, he could hardly move would you run 30 yards to congratulate somebody when you are injured, knowing they have to come back past you to restart the game? maybe not ran to congratulate them , but I would certainly have had a little jump for joy on seeing the onion bag bulge I know all our other players did and the 25000+ in the stadium. he wasnt so badly injured that he couldnt jog off down the sideline to get a bandage on his arm now was he. again I do reiterate the fact I hope this kicks him into gear.....

Why do people have to try and pick up on anything to try and put Ric down FFS Get behind his back to roar him on instead of on his back to pull him apart STILL OUR MOST IMPORTANT PLAYER ] You know what, I dont think he is anymore. Yes he had a mare on sat and his head can drop easily but imo there were signs of pure dis-interest on sat

Totally agree staffsoatcake, yesterday I made (almost) the same comment and got my head bitten off for suggesting that Fullers nose has been pushed out. I too didn't see him celebrate (I didn't see him pass when JB made a lovely run on his inside either) and he looked pretty miserable. However on his day he can still mix it with the best and I would love to see him GROW UP and form a great partnership with Beats, if that happens I feel we can score V any defence in the Prem.
