A lad at football this morning told me that Pompey have put a £3mil bid in for him, to try and "ressurect" his career.
(Sorry if anything similar to this is on the board, but couldn't see it when I had a quick scan)

Could be a good idea to let him go on loan -that way he would not be eligible to play against but could help keep Portsmouth in the shit

I'd cut our losses personally, think when Mama comes back Kitson will be well down the pecking order.

Wouldn't want him to go to pompy cos he s good player. Unfortunatly it hasn't worked out and you would think he will be on his way tomorrow.

cant see us taking a 2.5 million pound loss on him in such a short time.
i wouldn't be surprised tho if he was loaned out somewhere to help build his confidence.

Although I'm slightly disappointed with Kitson, I feel that he hasn't really been given a fair crack of the whip for us in his best position and he proved what a good player he can be against Liverpool. Therefore, I don't think we should let the guy go as he really is a good player and he's certainly due a goal. Also, I don't think that it'd be wise to sell to a potential relegation rival!!

Agreed with Rolf, your just asking for trouble letting him go to a rival. You just know he would hit it off at Pompey, even though they are crap

on the rumour page on teamtalk some reading fan says his mate has just seen dave kitson driving into the madejski hotel. Typical bullshit story if you ask me but it certainly wouldn't suprise me to see him heading there on loan. Go on tone get james harper in as part of the deal. Certainly not a reliable site for rumours though.
