just saw that myself, the only difference a different player fouled the guy, then Gerrard steamed in while he was on the ground and kicked the ball at him...pretty similar...not even a yellow!?! Surely we should appeal and show that..

Of course he wouldn't get any punishment for it, this is super Steven Gerrard we're talking about remember!! This type of thing really annoys me as would Stevie G have got the same punishment if it was him rather than Rory that went flying in on SWP or indeed if he slapped his own player??? probably not. They (England internationals) seem to be treated like fookin royalty and are for some reason are above the law, same with John terry and it does me fooking nut in!! GRRRRR... other than that, I love the guy!!

I think you're right Serpico. It definately contributed all the argy bargy and teddy throwing by the Manc nonces. If they'd have behaved like Chelsea (how weird is it saying that)I fancy Rory might have got off with a yellow.
Just another example of one rule for the Golden 4 and another for the plebs!

I think Rory should have had a yellow, it was the shiteh players reaction that got him a red, good video evidence for an appeal
