I've just looked at the remaining fixtures for the teams around us and it makes very interesting reading!
Surely we have played more of our 'top 5' games than all but WBA.
Blackburn, Spurs, Newcastle and Boro are all going to have a hard time from here on in.
Surely survival is now in our own hands
Stoke Aston Villa (A) Arsenal (A)
West Brom Arsenal (A) Liverpool (H)
Blackburn Aston Villa (A) Man U (H) Arsenal (H) Liverpool (A) Chelsea (A)
Middlesbrough Liverpool (H) Arsenal (A) Man U (H) Aston Villa (H)
Portsmouth Liverpool (H) Man U (H) Arsenal (A)
Tottenham Arsenal (A) Aston Villa (A) Chelsea (H) Man U (A) Liverpool (A)
Newcastle Man U (H) Arsenal (H) Chelsea (H) Liverpool (A) Aston Villa (A)

newcastle have the toughest i think, especially with Michael "Anderton" Owen out for 6 weeks and potentially their 2nd best player Shay Given on his way, they'll find it tough

I sit with a toon season ticket holder at work, and he thinks they're going to self implode if they don't win tomorrow. Here's hoping...!
