unlucky not to get on the last two games lads but injuries and sending off meant different substitutions
if no sending off kitson would have come on for fuller and lawrence would have had a run in
i believe its nothing to do with monday, chin up lads you will be important in the games to come

They'll both be better coming into a confident winning side, a couple more games like today's and they can come in and genuinely shine I reckon.

Liam after a couple more games.
Dave after a couple more reincarnations. (The present Dave Kitson won't feature much again, in my humble opinion)

I'm sure that TPs policy has been to save Lawrence and Kitson for the run-in. Along with the return of Sidebe and Diao it will be like a handful of new signings to the squad. I am convinced that we will finish mid-table now.

I don't want to be negative here but as soon as I saw Cresswell warming up before half time I just knew he was going to replace Fuller and go right mid in a 4-4-1, my fears were confirmed. Why Liam didn't come on then i don't know, Man Citys first sub was to bring on Elano sp? with some pace and go at Cresswell, then put Robinho on him, he hardly did a thing until about 87 mins when he headed one clear in the box and then when under no pressure belted a ball stright to their centre half and not into their corner or down the line out of danger

Well was behind the players dugout. Fuller got injured so both Kitson and Cressy started warming up. At that point Lawro had already had the shout to warm up from TP as Amdy wasnt looking too good, and it looked like he would be on very soon. Fuller departed as he wouldnt drop his shorts in public, so did Kitson bizarley.. The second half came and Cressy went on...
Did anyone here the Kemp interview pre match? When asked re the 5.5M Kitson not playing, he made out he (like all the players) will get his chance and he needs to take it!! Very short reply!!
I think they wont be left out forever!!!

Having recorded the game and watched it when I got in, you can see that Lawrence was about to come on for Amdy Faye. Luckily for Amdy, he wasn't as bad as first thought so Liam had to be patient.
Their time will come as it is a squad game. Just because the players have done tremendously today doesn't mean that with injuries and suspensions we won't see the others play their part.
