Then we reach the magical 40 points.
5 more wins at home and something has to happen for us away from home.

IF (and its a big IF) we can get this elusive away win, it will ease a lot of pressure and make survival more realistic. A word of caution though, these so caled "winnable" home games are all tough games against teams also fighting for their lives at the bottom. How many of these kind of games have we won so far.....? Maybe West Brom??

We've done encouragingly well actually, Mick.
The teams outside the top 6 we've played at home.
Fulham - draw Man City - win Hull - draw Sunderland - win Spurs - win WBA - win
(and outside the top 2)
Liverpool - draw Villa - win Arsenal - win Everton - loss

i was looking at our fixtures earlier on, if we win all home games theres 21 points already.. plus WBA away, theres a very possible win.. and hull and fulham away.. we've got, by far, the easier second half of the season.

I'd rather our run in than any of our rivals...WE ARE STAYING UP, today was a MASSIVE, MASSIVE, MASSIVE win for us and has turned our season around, against all odds.
I was exceptionally proud of everyones performance today

If we can QUICKLY get one away win and two away draws, 16 points really shouldn't be scary.
