agreed mutley.
pulis 10/10 - got it so right today. dont think any stoke fan can blame him for taking off Fuller for Cresser, dont know what was up with Fuller. very good when he noticed that we needed some pace on their left side, so he switched Etherington to right wing. good sub bringing griff on for amdy and pushing pugh into the centre

9/10, got it spot on today, if want start nit picking then i thought he tinkered with the defence a bit too much in the second half but we won and kept a clean sheet so it paid off. superb effort from the lads though

8,like deano said all the messing about with the defence may have cost us the win but we held on.
Great efforts by all.

6 way to negative against a team that can't play together bringing on cresswell was a joke , don't let the 3 pts cloud your judgement Everyone is of course entitled to their own opinion but yours is quite plainly stupid Creswell for Fuller was absolutley the right decision and this was proved by Creswells performance... Can you really imagine Ric working so hard for the team ???

he will get at least 5/10 every game from now on for just buying and playing ethers and beats the outstanding transfers of this window
team selection was spot on - wilko had to play after having ronaldo in his pocket for most of that game so gave him robinho
substitutions though enforced were the correct ones
10/10 - best performance of season for me

A full marks performance, 10/10. Quite a turnaround from the nil he deserved against Spurs.

Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for your support. I thought I was going mad when I read someone being critical. Then when he was obviously embarrassing himself he carried on.
A marvellous performance from our players, backroom staff and supporters.
Proud to be a Potter and I've still got no voice.

Agree with some of the posts above, would love to see Kitson and Liam play with Etherington and Beattie.
Would have been a 10 on the heroic performance and result but TP's ongoing love affair with Cresswell and Griffin nearly spoiled the party.

I thought Cresswell did well and under the circumstances was probably the right option.

9.7 .. bringing cresswell on proved exactly the right thing to do in terms of closing down defenders and adding an extra man in midfeild to help out.

Yes, you are right, I am letting my prejudice cloud my judgement. Much as I would like to have seen Lenny, Creswelll was probably the right choice given fitness levels and the graft required when down to 10 men. Griffin however...it felt like Derby all over again..so pleased the ref made the right decision this time.

10. What more could the bloke achieve? He guided the team to a 1-0 win with 60 minutes of that played with ten men against a side that cost an absolute fortune. His substitutions were spot on even though, at the time, I thought they might disrupt the team. They didn't and he was proved right. I'll knock the bloke when I think he deserves it but I'll also give him full credit when he deserves it. That's what most fair minded folk would do.
Well done, pulis.
OS.
