You slate Pulis for "blowing 30 million" Beattie, Etherington, Faye and Sorensen have been absolute bargains. Sunderland spent near to 50m last year and only just stayed up, whilst man city and spurs have spent incredible amounts, finding themselves only 3 points ahead of us. Overall, TP has worked wonders at stoke and you have said before you think he deserves to be in charge this year. Therefore judge him at the end of the season. The club needs our support at this critical time and consistent moaning every time we lose a match is not constuctive nor helping. We've already accumulated a very respectable amount of points this season; our home form is one of the best in the league and we have competed with some of europe's best sides. Everyone knows TP has his faults, but they are heavily outweighed by his strengths. The club has experienced major success in a very short period of time. It seems many fans expectations are unrealistic, expecting us to progress before we have any sort of stability. I don't buy the Sunderland argument to be honest. With what he spent they should have done better, and though this season was always going to be a struggle, we were always going to have a few bad runs, and the manager has done a good job up to now, some questions about where that £30m has gone will have to be asked if we go down.

I do believe we have the right soldiers to retain our position, but I not sure about the general

How many home games have we won in the last two months?
How many away games have we won this season?
It is sliding rather than improving.
My major concern is that players seem to get worse once they play for us for a while.
Higgy is the perfect example. Last season when he played for Sunderland he'd bring the ball out of defense. Now he lumps it forward at the first opportunity. Now I don't beleive that players become rubbish overnight, so I guess he must be doing what he's told.
Whats the point then, in bringing in skillful players when we will then ask then to play without skill?
If we don't start keeping the ball, and passing, we will go down.

I've come to the conclusion that some clubs don't know a good thing when they have it, look at what happeneds to clubs when they sack managers willy nilly, there's no guarantee a new manager would do any better, stick with him for now I say, a couple of wins and we're in mid table.
