'We have a tough game against Manchester City on Saturday but then we have a run where we really need to start winning games."
Doesn't sound hopeful does it??
Is this good psychology??

No - its his usual pre-match drivel.
Big up the opposition. He did it against Spurs too. Twat.
Man City is a MUST WIN GAME. We should approach it no other way. We lose that and then inevitably lose away to Sunderland we could well be adrift at the foot of the table.
No win in 11 games says it all.
He obviously sees some games as winnable, but what happens if he fucks them up too? It will be too late.
Change the fucking record Pulis.

I don't know about that. What I do know is that if we do not win at home this Saturday we could be well on our way back to the championship. We have to set our stall out to compete Tone FFS.
Why can't we play Lawrence and Etherington on the wings and if you do have to play delap then put him in the centre with Whelan. At least we know Lawrence and Etherington will track back as well as burst out. Shoot me if you like but I want to see the following line up if poss for Sat:-
---------------------------Soro--------------------------- Griff-----------Shawc-----------AB-Faye---------Higg Lawrence---Delap/Amdy---Whelan---Etherington -----------------------Fuller-----Beattie-----------------

If he keeps the same side he did in the first half last night for Saturday, then yeah we have problems and Pulis has learnt nothing. A fresh change would be nice, with Liam and Riccy Fuller coming in. Drop fucking Cresswell, switch Griff with Wilko and put Delap in the middle if he must play.

If he plays Cresswell then I am going to run to Pulis's dug out and throw my season ticket at him

Afterwards would you mind picking it up and handing it to me

It certainly sounded to me as though he didn't think he'd get anything from the game and that he was relying on getting something from the others .

"Pulis not expecting to win on Saturday" Me neither

To be fair to Tone - he didn't say that he wasn't expecting a win/draw on Saturday - just that the others are must wins.
That suggests he's prepared for a draw maximum on Saturday. Given some recent debacles - that would be like a win!

You know what will happen. If we get twatted TP's arse lickers will be on here saying that we can't compete with the 300 billion quid Robinho and the players didn't play well, and the pitch was too soft and the crowd didn't get behind the lads, and the ref was a wanker etc etc
If we get a result they will be telling us he is a genius again giving no credit to anyone else.
