Having just ploughed through much of the last seven pages, herewith brief answers to the various posters. We don't struggle only on bigger pitches. Tone sets out with a narrow-playing team on all occasions. He will argue that leaving opposition wide-men free to do as they please is countered by our large number in midfield and brave defensive blockers to render their passes redundant. It isn't and doesn't. Best exemplified by Lennon hugging the line and having a field day. If you have a decent midfield set-up, they will punish. And did. Even Lennon, who has been poor so far, relished last night, as Harry doubtless told him he would, since TP hasn't the nous to vary it and fool anyone. Spurs have an almost magnificent team, on paper. Once the non-communicator, hopeless man-manager left, plus 'Arry's blackmail for extra players, - just our luck to have them in place so soon! - Spurs are only ever going to move up. Their weakness? The full backs. Yes it is our achilles heel, too but they can take the pressure off theirs by their constant attacking. Did your read that, TP? We need two new full backs, so that Higgy is free to deputise for our CH's, when flued or whatever, and to give them the competition even they need, though largely terrific right now. Please, TP, bring in at least one and a CM who can initiate attacks, keep the ball, actually pass the damned thing, even if they don't recognise those ghastly shirts as their own, and provide some inspiration. If you do that today, I'll think it's my birthday. Oh, just a minute...... And I forgive Smudge for ignoring it in the separate header. Complainers about the ticket office will be pleased to know that Josh Whitaker is due to start, as manager, on Monday. Do give him some time to get the mess sorted. Finally, don't apologise to those of us who were there. You learn something from every match, even if it causes sleepless nights. And it makes the good games even sweeter!. Not to mention last May 4th. ;D

Good post Monica and it's true that you learn something from every match. Last night I learned that not only is Cresswell garbage up front and on the left; he's garbage on the right too!
The question is has Tony learned???

Good post Monica.
PLeased to see that Josh has got himself a job with the club - let's hope he sorts things out.

Once Josh has finished with the ticket office, maybe he could sort out the football team?

Perhaps he could play right wing?
