....Was a massive game, a real relegation 6 pointer BUT, it is far from over in our quest to stay in this league. Yea we're all down about tonight, anyone who cares about Stoke City would be but a win against Man City on Saturday and all is forgotten. West Brom got hammered tonight to keep them below us, we're by no means cut adrift and have got most of the difficult fixtures out of the way. I really did think Spurs were there for the taking tonight, but oh well, onwards and upwards. We've got some real winnable games coming up and with key players returning, probably at just about the right time. I'd rather them miss the games against the bigger clubs (which they have) rather than the ones where we really need them. It's all been said before but we've got to get behind Pulis and the lads. He doesn't want sacking or anything ridiculous like that, we've just been a little unlucky in recent weeks, granted a few poor team selections haven't helped. But our 2 new signings look quality and I've no doubt Pulis will get the best out of them. We've got 15 (?) games left to save ouselves. Plenty of time IF we all pull together. COME ON STOKE!!! (cue the 'if you think Pulis is the man for the job then you're an idiot blaa blaa blaar' )

If we go down the main reason will be we havent enough pace in the side.

Tongue and soares havent been given the chance.
Kitson ... should of scored by now yes, but he is a proven goalscorer in this league.
Agree on the rest. Especially CRESSWELL!

Just back home from the match. Spurs were slick for 25 minutes and took their goals well. Then they went off the boil and despite the necessary changes, we coped very well. Plus points - Shawcross was superb. Sonko had a good second half. Our goal was well worked and well taken.
With Whelan and Delap labouring in midfield it was grim at times but to be fair the two injuries to Wilko and AB Faye reduced the options to zero.
Don't let's speak about Cresswell. So limited at this level but a manager's favourite.
Not downhearted. We can't afford to be. On to Saturday.
