All that stifling heat, flies, men and women in long flowing robes....sand everywhere.... and duty free gold jewelry. Is it any wonder that we were slow to pick up the pace in the first half.... I mean.. the cold harsh reality of White Hart Lane must be a bit disorientating in this, the last week of January, after all that heat and filth. I am of the firm belief that one could describe this game as a one off .....a 'learning curve' even. Can you imagine the scoreline if Bossfart had been in charge...6-0 of anyones money I would tender. If we do lose tonight, and this is far from guaranteed, then I expect Tony to tweak a few tactical changes and for us to come back as strong as ever.May I remind everyone that this is our first season back in the top flight for almost a quarter of a century....a magnificent achievement in anyones book for a club of our size.!! Managers manage but if the players don't perform on the day , then whose fault is it..? Some of our players need a good kick up the arse...!

"Can you imagine the scoreline if Bossfart had been in charge..."
Seriously, what has that got to do with anything? If Joe Jordan was in charge we'd be getting dicked, or Kammy, I don't understand what your point is.

I thought you were joking MUMF! you are serious???????????? I can get you some free councelling! ;-) And the bit about bossy is just purile! Its becoming more and more worrying that Pulis isnt up to the job in the premiership! 3-0 down and you put on 2 defenders! Mumf and Pulis must be made for each other !!!!

However, his dire team selection, questionable tactics, blind loyalty to his favourites and poor summer transfer signings puts him on thin ice for me.

If players don't perform, who's to blame? - the manager, of course, as in any business. He bought the players, he chooses them and it is his RESPONSIBILITY to motivate them or replace them with those can perform better - managers have TOTAL responsibility in team matters, good or bad so don't start to try the usual buck-passing associated with TP - ie it's everyyone's fault but mine.
As for tactical tweaks - his knowlege of tactics is such that he wouldn't know a tweak if it bit his arris

It's not easy coming back from Dubai, And Cresswell's jiz in your eye Means you've got an infection That impairs your selection. "A Learning Curve" we all reply.

Well what some may have learned tonight, is that Kitson was shit all along and Beattie has proved what goalscorer is supposed to do.!!

Well, we've all now got degrees in "the bleeding obvious". Well pal, What might be bleeding obvious to you ...is not bleeding obvious to some of the thick sods on here. Did you see the wealth of talent on the Spurs bench..? How are we supposed to compete with that.?

It's just too easy for some to jump on the managers back at times.
May I remind you all that Tony Pulis has never been relegated.
