got me thinking about some law or rule that he HAS to field his STRONGEST team for the game against the shit tomorrow...
I'm sure there is a rule somewhere about this and if he does field a load of pre-pubescent kids what is the fallback for the yids...?
A fine, points deduction....?
Wasnt there a team not long ago that did this....?
Does anyone know...?

Did we field our strongest team every game in the Carling Cup?? :-\ Did Pulis come out and BLATANTLY say' I'm gonna filed a crap team...?' Surely the FA or whoever should have a word with Redknapp and deduct 10 points.... ;D

I'd be surprised if there was any ruling to prevent it. He can surely play whichever players he wants. He could argue that some of the youngsters are better than the first teamers. It's too subjective a thing I reckon to enforce.

There are no rules governing this. He can play whoever they like prviding they are registered with the club.

I think its quite a clever thing to do, seeing as they would most probably lose to ManUre anyway and their first team is going to be knackered after Vurnley and he'll want them fresh for Stoke. What does it say to the players he picks though? Congratulations, I consider you to be part of the worst team i could possibly field. Can't do morale any good. I'll take it as a good thing that they have enough respect to play the best side they can aginst Stoke but not against the shit.

He can if he wishes play any player who is registered to Spurs, its tough for the fans though.

He's said a few stupid things recently has Redknapp. I just wonder whether the pressure of managing a 'big club' is getting to him. His comments about Bent were ridiculous, I mean he knows it was a bad miss, he doesn't need his manager publically humiliating him.
Hopefully we'll pile on the misery!

if he does and they loose both games he will put himself under a lot of pressure and the players he is resting are the ones who havent performed all season anyway!!
