if any of you are interested, why TP was sent off the touchline in 2003, heres what jeff said:

I'm a big Stoke fan and recall you sending Tony Pulis from the touchline in 2003. Why was that?

I remember that it was against Millwall and the game was fairly quiet until the last few minutes, when Neil Harris was involved in an incident and it all kicked off.
The assistant referee got me across and told me to bin TP. I think it was because of something he said to him.
I recall having a chat with him after the game and he was okay about it. It's just one of those incidents that occasionally happen. Tony can be like that but overall I got on okay with him.

A more pertinent question would have been to have asked him how the FA had the gall to let such an arrogant , inept cunt such as himself referee so long in the top flight? Christ he was even a wanker on SuperStars.

Graham Poll was in all the papers saying that when Lafferty (I think) was sent off for Burnley against Arsenal, the referee was absolutely correct to dismiss him for a 'violent horror lunge'.
Now come on, that wasn't even a foul, what's up with the pillock?

Twisty, I have done, albeit when he was a linesman and with a barrier between us, he took it quite well as it goes. Alot better than Keegan took being called a cunt at Fulham in 1998 when he actually tried to get over the barrier at me ;D

"what do you want to be when you grow up son? a footballer?? an astronaut?? " "No daddy i want to be a violent horror lunge"
