Now this might have been posted while i've been in a computer free zone for a few days, but i'm still livid about a couple of things on saturday at the match. 1, Obi Mikel gets challenged by Stoke player (cant recall who), he hits the deck expecting a free kick that doesn't come, them expects us to kick it out so he can get attention by the physio. However Stoke play on, as is there right, and once the bag of wank realises he isn't getting a free kick or treatment he leaps to his feet and runs on as if nowt's happened. Now correct me if i'm wrong but actions like that make my blood boil, and why cant referees see this and book the twat for cheating and feigning injury. 2, the free kick to chelski in the 90+ minute, i've watched it several times and it looks a good clean tackle, so much so the chelski player was ready to take a throw in. This clearly relates to my previous Double Standards Refs thread, clearly one rule for Stoke one rule for glory hunting toss bag top 4 sides. 3, Four minutes of injury time, How?? no one was injured, was the twatting ref using an Alex Ferguson watch (65 minutes in the hour), clearly it was a case of play till chelski scored. rant over. Hopefully i will have calmed downed later cos my blood pressure is still at critical.

Good call Stone6 If we made a list of this seasons dying flies rolling around like ponces then we'd need a bigger inbox. Premier League pansies bring back the 70's and 80's.

Do you know what, they should introduce a 24-hour post-game citing period, just like they have in rugby. Would soon cut all the cheating out when it's played back on a big screen in front of a disciplinary committee.
It's for the reasons you have both pointed out above that these guys will never win any respect from real football fans; there is no denying the supreme ability of Ronaldo, Ballack et al but the fact that they act like twats at almost every available opportunity leaves a sour taste in everyone's mouth.

good post mate, it sickens me how the big teams get away with it. i have still not got over rooney on boxing day. should be able to do these cheats after the match has finished at least. brings to mind why they don't want video evidence. i personally would sit all ay to see a fair result at the end of the day.

diving is part of the game now - not happy but it is, we have to just hope refs make the correct call
i thought we were very lucky not to give away a penalty
and our defending was poor in the last 5 minutes - im as gutted as the next but we just have to accept it and move on
dennis smith said on commentry that he was expecting 5 minutes of stoppage time due to stokes slow goal kicks and throwins

Diving is part of the game but so is booking a player for simulation. I was disgusted and outraged by the actions of Ballack, Cole and Kalou who set out not only to win free kicks by con'ing the referee but also looked for bookins for our players and then were never once repremanded for this. A couple of them seriously looked they may have died on the pitch yet recovered instantly. The referee was weak in pandering to these so called stars and not stopping such unsporting behaviour. After saying all season the Chelsea side that beat us at the Brit was the best side I've seen, having gone to the reverse fixture I can honeslty say Chelsea are the most dishonest bunch of cheats I've ever had the displeasure of watching play Stoke.
I apologise to my fellow stokies on row 3 for my excesive languague at the time but I still feel their actions were simply the actions of cunts
