With Mamma coming back , Beattie now No1 choice at cenre forward and Ric back for Spurs is there a case for a three man forward line?
Ric for me does all his best work in between the centre half and full back. The man is like a defender magnet with the ball at his feet. This would create a lot more space for Mamma & Beattie in the box surely giving us more scoring opportunities.
The drawbacks are being 1 man light in midfield and we all know Ric won't do any defensive covering which would further expose our right back.
I would like to see Pulis give this a chance, I know it would be a break from the system he loves best but we really need to re think our forward play even with the new arrivals.
What do you think guys?

dont think tone will switch to much from what he likes but maybe could be worth a try if we are a couple of goals to the good with 15 mins left.

gudjon used to employ tactics a little like that, with a direct approach it is what i'd go for.

We want to stick our top scorer and the one forward who can make something out of nothing out of harms way on the wing!!!

Plan A all the way.
All other ideas are irrelevant unfortunately.
Even though I see where you are coming from, TP won't.
