Putting the results aside, what has been the best away day so far this season?
Basing it on the stadium, pubs, town, locals etc.
It's Newcastle for me, nice stadium, really impressed with the look of the town, police were friendly and helpful. Beer was a decent price too.
Obviously people have different experiences, so i just wondered which one everyone had mostly enjoyed?

Up until the last 7 minutes of the match, yesterday would have won by a mile. Great craic and a few beers on the train down, good boozer (The Slug) when we got there and a great performance for 87 minutes from the players with fantastic vocal support from the Stokies in attendance. That aside I guess it a close call between Liverpool and Newcastle; I was able to have a bloody good drink at Anfield which was followed by a great defensive perfromance. I drove up to the Toon but the second half fight back was awesome. PS Apart from the game itself I actually had a great day at the Shit as well, proper pissed, sang my heart out and then went out for a Chinese when I got back!!
