Just who thge fuck is Andy Scott??!?
I think he should do himself a favour in shutting up and concentrate on League Two football, playing the likes of Macclesfield and Accrington Stanley before he trys to jump on the ever-so-boring, will it ever end "We hate the way Stoke play and all that bollocks"
Mr Scott, I cannot see how it bothers you as at the moment, we are leagues apart and hopefully never in the near future meant to meet each other.
What an arse.

Sounds like typical lazy journalism to me. Not once did the manager mention Stoke, but the journalist decides to put two and two together to make an article. If anything, Andy Scott actually endorses the long throw tactic.

You are right eastmids...in the article Scott never mentions Stoke....just a made up headline by as you say lazy journos...once again its the media and pundits that spout this shite and not the rest of the footballing world....unless Scott actually said it how can journos get away with quoting that headline!!!....And to think once upon a time I almost became a journalist!

Yep - Unlikely to switch to our 'style' and be a Premiership club !
I remember Brentford as a 'monor irritation' in the early 90's

Maybe someone should point out that we were in a playoff final together just 6 years ago and our fortunes are now a little different. Brentfordzillian doesn't quite have the same ring to it as West Brazillian does it?

Well my daughter is match mascot tomorrow at the game against Notts County (my sister-in-law won the prize but her son is a Ch**sea fan & refused to go!) and will ask Mr Scott whether he likes our style of play Hopefully get to meet John Halls as well - I nominated him as my daughter's fave player (don't know many of the others!). Agree the journo has added the Stoke part - just some small town hack going nowhere...

Nothing mentioned about Stoke from Mr Scott, as some others spotted it is Lazy Journalism at its worst!

I'm sure when they get a throw-in level with the box, someone else will take it then.
To be fair, if your career topped out at a South London free newspaper, you'd probably write a load of old wank as well.

If anything, Andy Scott actually endorses the long throw tactic. Exactly! Having read the full article the actual headline has clearly been pulled right out of the Journo's arse hole! It is derived from absolutely f**k all! This was obviously written by some school kid on work experience!

Stoke's battling style and never-say-die approach, not to mention the long throws of Rory (who needs to bend it like Beckham) Delap, throughout their first season in the Premiership will be remembered long after Andy what's his name has been forgotten.

This is poor journalism, typical of the local rag. Still, worth a wind up of the Brentford fans later - The Griffin, my local, is on the corner of the Brentford ground.

My mate is a lazy journo, he once had to review an amateur dramatics play at a local theatre, he couldnt be arsed to go so reprinted the review a different journo did the year before with a few minor amends, unfourtnately for him the play was cancelled at the last minute but he didnt know this so they still printed the review. Lazy journos...........wankers (and I include my mate in that as he is a Man u supporter)>
