Not Fulham for sure, chelsea have too many geezers that would bring there average down a bit, some poor areas in north london too................. mmmmmm don't know really, good question some piss poor areas in west london as well but there hidden away. 1 in chelsea is called the worlds end estate .

ackney - used to live in west ken myself so yes know all about hammersmith, shepherds bush etc but don't all chelski fans come from Esher and Staines ? Most folk in West London aren't interested in footy they leave that up to us northerners

ROFLMFAO - explain please ilford Canary Wharf , is a fucking office block, its the big tower, IF any of the 50 floors do have residential status, its hardly a suprise if they are expensive, but I can assure you that at £3M they would have more than one bedroom. The rest of the Docklands/isle of Dogs area is a lot cheaper, and hardly a Barometer for the financial state of Wet Sham fans, most of whom come from essex, the likes of Ilford, Barking, Romford, Dagenham, Upminster.
