It's a good idea but Taylor would batter him. Stoke is the home of darts and we need a tournament in the city.

I think that the last time it was here Wayne Mardarse complained that the crowd didn't enjoy him very much and preferred Phil Taylor and so refused to allow it to come to Stoke. Something along those lines.

Wouldn't even be a competition. Taylor averaged 110 in his final and Hankey managed a pathetic 92. Hankey would struggle to make it through a couple of rounds in the PDC. The only one in the BDO who if on his game could worry Taylor is Gary Anderson and even he's a bit up and down.
