Knowing how much emphasis TP puts on unity / togetherness / team spirit and from the noises we hear about some players unhappy about Fullers recent behaviour and now with the signing of Beattie and Kits looking like he belongs here at last (especially with Etherington looking like he'll bring out the best in him) Could this be the end for Fuller?
Personally I'd like to keep Fuller initially as an impact player coming off the bench but not sure if he'd settle for that role! TP takes no crap off anyone who thinks they're bigger than the club as Bangoura found out! And hasn't he done well since leaving ;D.

Unless there's been a major players revolt against him after West Ham, I still think he'll rightly be one of Pulis' 3-4 most important players, and form a partnership with Beattie.

Ricardo's certainly got some competition for his place now, and he might have more by the time he returns to first team action.
Ultimately it's up to him though isn't it? He either knuckles down, proves what a great player he is and helps us stay up, or he sulks himself away from the club.

i hope it isn't, but he will have to perform well when in the side as he has a bit of competition up front .
what a nice position for us to be in, to have a choice of strikers that also helps to push pericard and cresswell further down the pecking order.

I don't think he's going to be going anywhere.
However I wouldn't be surprised to see him on the bench, when his ban is over.

Fuller will still be here - cant really see Sidibe and Beattie starting together, so Beattie plus Fuller likely to be the top pairing. Interesting to see how Fuller reacts to having his topdog status diluted a bit.

It is probably up to Fuller what happens now. For the first time we have REAL competition for striker places and they will all have to fight their way to the top of the pile. I agree that Fuller's best role may be as a sub for the last half hour against tired defences and the same might be true for Mama. It is up to them to show that they deserve a start.
Let's be honest - this might be a pain for them but it is a great position for the club to be in.
I wonder how long Cressey and Vince will remain at the club - they do seem a bit superfluous.

We do what's best for Stoke City, not Ricardo Fuller. Personally, I hope he goes for the knuckling down bit, but it will certainly be nice to know we have decent cover, just in case he throws some more of his hissy fits.

Hopefully - No
The only one amongst them (Kitson, Beattie, Mama, err Cresswell) that has a combination of skill, ability AND pace

Ric has had an easy time of it for a long while, hes had no real competition. Even Kitsons arrival failed to impress so Ric kept getting the nod. I like Ric and hope he starts scoring again and proves he can use the talent we all think he has, but he needs to know his place has to be earned on merit just like every other player in the squad

As Lakeland says, now we find out if he's got the strength of character to play his way back into a team where he's not automatically top dog and after alienating many. Jury's out for me.

I think we'll be fine... If we put Fuller on the left-wing, he is bound to keep scoring goals all season

fuller is the ideal foil for beattie, they are so opposite. beattie does the mama job and has a better goalscoring pedigree , while fuller does the running at players.

Kitson,Beattie,Mama,Camara + 1 more big signing no room for Fuller imho Imo, even with the signing of Beattie and the likely signing of Camara, Fuller would still be the best striker at the club (unless the big signing is Dindane ).
