Sorry it's so long after the game (only just got onto the old keyboard) but did anyone else think that 99% of the throw ins from Carragher were foul throws? He seems to bend down and the ball gets thrown from well in front of his head. It really hacked me off that the ref and linesmen just seemed to ignore it.

Yes, it was shite officiating not to spot them.

It's been a running theme that foul throws seem to be ingored in this division, which is ironic given the hysteria about whether or not Rory's rockets are legal! ???

what pisses me off is that the ref tells Rory where to take is throw in from every time, and makes sure he dose, but opposition players are allowed to to walk 10 yards towards our goal with nothing said

A couple of Rory's were foul throws as well yesterday he had a foot on the pitch before he let the ball go.

I reckon if a kid threw the ball in like that in Sunday League he'd be pulled up every time.

Carragher's throws were laughable.
Of course Liverpool fan Alan Green expressed his opinion on 606 - that Delap had his foot on the pitch on occasions and that it was really winding him up. I suppose that would have reduced the length of Rory's throw's by 6 inches at most. Carragher's disco dancing throw's escaped his attention.
