Dindane has made no secret of his desire to move to England and Stoke are leading the chase to seal his signature having already met with the player and club over Christmas.
Ligue 2 leaders Lens are ready to let Dindane leave on loan with a view to a permanent £6million deal and the player is keen to try his luck across the Channel despite interst from a host of French clubs, including Paris Saint Germain and Marseille.
Now Portsmouth and West Brom, who almost signed the player in 2004, are ready to compete with Stoke for his signature.
