I know it would be an extra game, but a replay is usually 10/11 days after the original tie, so Fuller would then be available for the Chelsea game.

He'll be on the bench for Chelsea if so, having been made third choice behind our 2 new signings

on the contrary, it would be the worst thing for us, the last thing we need is a replay. i know it seems a stupid thing to say but we really dont need replays distracting us from what we really need to achieve this season

Having Fuller available is hardly going to affect the Chelsea result is it?
We've been very lucky with the 3 games that he'll miss, and certainly don't need to be fannying about with replays and risking Pericard getting injured. ;D

If Pericard gets injured we're knackered for his move to Man City (I think Tone has told their Arab owners our ex-Juve striker with Champions League experience can't be guaranteed a full 90 mins at Stoke and he's available for £6m)

We've been made a laughing stock once this week already and a cup upset at the hands of Hartlepool is the last thing we need at a time when we are trying to attract new players.
A nice comfortable two none win please. That'll do nicely.

Yep, just a boring clinical win and move on, no excitement please.

I would actually pay another £68 to make sure that Pericard doesn't get anywhere near the pitch!
