I used to love Beagrie and with all the cut backs he did it would even give our central midfielders time to make up the 50 yard gap between them and the strikers

Bloody hell lordb you are older than me if you can remember those 3. I have a backpage photo somewhere of a 1947 Telegraph reporting an England game when those 3 played the headline being something like "Stoke trio shine for England" q Owdstokie to remind us.
