Must say he seems to be dealing with it very well.

sounds to me like Fuller shouldn't have been talking to SKY then, he should have said "No Comment" and walked on, maybe thats why he looked so sheepish in the interview ?

the interviews did appear to happen on the car park as the players arrived, Higgy, cressy and Ric. They musn't have been prep'd with what to say before hand, which is poor given the size of the issue it was pretty obvious the press would be hard at work getting to the players as soon as possible. Have we got a press officer? perhaps given xmas off. Bit pointless to ban Sky for our lack or preparation

I'm pretty sure TP wasn't happy with the nature of the questions asked.

Pulis does seem to be dealing with it very well, I just hope the players can forget about it and move on.
If Fuller goes then we're fucked!

I couldn't believe it when fuller spoke to the sky reporter he should've have walked past and issued an apology through the football club.

He probablt more pissed with Sky taking one little part of what he said and having the headline 'Fuller undecided on Stoke future'.
Sky will want to know us when all the big signings start to happen. Tell them to do one Tone!

Tell them to do one Tone! Yeah, we can refuse them access to Kaka and let Setanta interview him in front of the Boothen End!

TP was never going to be happy with that interview. It made everyone involved look bad and if they were told there would be no access to the players sky were a bit naughty to turn up. But still surely we should have anticipated the media interest and had one of the press office(or even security) guys down there to usher the players through and ensure they didn't talk. It's a pity really because Rob Dorsett has had some pretty good access to the inner sanctum recently and delivered quite a lot of stoke content on ssn.

The Mirror says that TP was seething that Fuller gave the media more ammunition to keep the story going and spent two hours in talks with him yesterday...

Well they appear to have been AWOL yesterday!
It's not surprising Pulis will was livid with the situation - let's hope the club can learn from this for the future.
I thought it was interesting that he is quoted as saying "they will be punished."

Together with Coates' comments, that seems to put an end to the 'going to be sold' line of thinking, but never say never and all that...
"That's absolute nonsense," he said on the possibility of Fuller being sold. "People can construe what they want, but Ric and Griff had an argument and it has now been sorted.
"Ric has two-and-a-half years left on his contract and he's going nowhere. All the talk about sacking him or selling him, or this and that, is a load of rubbish.
"I get on very well with Ric and he's a smashing lad. He has his moments, but so does everyone else. He's also a great talent and an important player at this football club."

First rule of public relations - never say no comment, Second rule - never ban the media, someone should be in hot water for this petty behaviour. The players should have been properly prepared in advance for "doorstepping" journalists - does the club not pay for media training for its staff?
