they were at the Brit, just walked in sat in the west stand and watched for half hour or so, doing a bit of 1 touch stuff then a 11 a side 2 touch game using half the pitch if they kept the ball for 10 touches or more it counted as a goal it looked mainly the 1st team against usual subs and reserves, loads of banter going on ! Ric was there no Griff though, Lawerence, Kitson, Diao all fully involved, when they were doing the 2 touch game someone over hit 1 and it was trickling nicely for me to return it too the 1 and only Abdoulaye Faye, he was jogging towards me looking mean as ever, looked me in the eye waiting for the pass, so I steady myself struck it clean only to see it hit the little curb of the perimetre track and bounce into the dugouts ;D Also I arent 1 for rumours BUT there was a guy jogging around the stadium as I parked my car, he was behind me as I walked down by the tunnel, he stayed there on his own why I was there and he looked very much like Rudolph Austin he wasnt wearing any stoke training stuff though but 1 of the trainers the fitness guy acknowledged him, thought about speaking to him as I passed him on the way out, but would have looked a bit wierd

Was fully invloved mate, no holding back by the looks of him, Amdy Faye was just jogging round and no Griff and obviously no Mama, so would hazard a guess that these are the only casualties and all the others are fit ?

Its just what we have been told by a few people, No idea how true it is, but some people have told me the same thing (one works within the club) and two dont. They said kits is refusing to play for us at the moment

Usual pub rubbish
Lawrence was due to leave according to some but you can bet that he will start at Hartlepool
Kitson may well be off but if he's fit he will also play at Hartlepool Only thing that might have an impact is him being cup tied

How could Kitson be cup tied TWM?

I really do hope thats not the case, I mean come on Kits thats just pants if so. How can he sit there while Perican't who is clearly out of his depth makes such an arse of himself up front. Surely every part of him just wants to play football, score goals and enjoy the glory !
If he's been fit for a while and not played out of choice something must be lined up for early in the transfer window? no point him hanging around if thats the case.................so dissapointed if so

what and you actually think that the likes of PC and TP would even allow him to still be invloved at any level with the team, training etc .
Not in a million years, they'd tell him where to go, stop his pay and to train by himself

If Kitson plays at Hartlepoo then he can't play in the cup for any other club
If Kitson is off to a bigger Prem club as a fringe player then he would not be available for the cup ties

Dave for once I fully agree with you. If Kitson was fit and refusing to play there is no way he would be anywhere near the club let alone training with the first team. Spose we'll see on Saturday. Could dispel the Kitson and Lawrence rumours on the same day.

TWM, See what you mean, I thought you meant cup-tied for us! Bit slow on the up-take today, understandably... ;D

Ah this little chest nut again. Kitson was fit before the Blackburn game and refused to play, which led to a huge fall out with PC. Who knows what has happened since....

I hope they both play, Liam and Kits, half an hour a piece should be enough to blow the cob webs away and hopefully put the rumours to bed. Both could be like new signings for us, imagine if we had neither and we signed em both in the transfer window. I for one would be wetting my pants !

Why do people have to make up stuff to try be the centre of attention? Go audition for the next Big Brother or X factor if you want that!!
What's up with Diao then? Take it he's had a fall out with someone as well then eh?

Ghostface The problem with all these conspiracy theories is they can't all be true. I've heard at least 5 different theories regarding Lawrence'sinjury all told me by people I trust but they can't all (if any) be right. Unless you identify your source "a man in a pub told me" isn't exactly credit worthy. We've heard on here how the younger club employees of SCFC make up rumours to post on here just to wind up the masses. These rumours take on a life of there own and become fact. Most are as sportsman50 says - just mischief making.
