As we came out of the ground after the match we asked where the coaches were. Police pointed to the right which meant going all the way past all the home fans.Bearing in mind the sentinel has been banging on about stokies causing trouble at Newcastle etc ,we then walked for maybe a quarter mile and didn,t see one copper!! Had we won and West Ham fancied a kick off all hell could have gone off and guess who would have been blamed? Trying to be equal to all sides were the old bill too laid back or did they judge the game just right??!! Personally I must admit ,as there was 4 of us I was waiting for a smack in the gob!!On saying that it didn,t happenand the police kept a low profile. How did the rest of you feel?? ???

The police were good today, really helpful & polite outside no problems, let the Stokies stand for 90 mins no real hassel or anything it was quite refreshing

We parked at Barking and decided to walk back rather than mess about on the tube. We walked away whingeing at Fuller and the linesman amongst a sea of west ham fans and got talkinhg to a few of them who pretty much sympathised with us.
Can't say as I felt threatened at any stage and at no stage did I ever feel like I was likely to be hit. The police were here and there but not too many of them and frankly I prefer it that way!

My point was IF we had won were the police in any position to police that many people? As it turned out it was great but a few weeks a go they played Spurs and itwas mental!!

Didnt see any of the 'lads' who we were promised the ID card would keep away and those that were / are 'pro' ID card warned us about.
Dont think our 'lads' quite faniced a pop at West Ham somehow !!

I.D. cards were a way of keeping the police happy. Never worked for the police or fans but gave the authorities another stick to beat us with!!!Last week proved the point,Stoke cant have 7000 tickets because the police have information 50 may kick off.... How can our allocation ever be decided by the fact 50 people "may" kick off????
