Strange decision really, i think he's done a very good job there, got them re-promoted too League 1, and has made them into a solid mid-table side, not sure whether it's an advantage or disadvantage for our cup game really, chances are they'll have a new manager by then, in the end of the day if we make a professional job of it, we should win the game comfortably, but this is stoke............

I am surprised he has gone. Looks like Manager switcharoo is getting as popular in the lower leagues as the prem.
I think we have more than enough quality to see them off personally.

Strange how some managerial careers go. Danny worked miracles at Barnsley, a few seasons ago, getting them promoted to the PL, at the same time as Paul Jewell was working wonders at Bradford.
