That could almost be a back page "The Stoke" in the The Oatcake.
"I thought the club was all for people gathering on the bank to watch the game"
;D

The police should move them from the area. How many away grounds would let a group of Stoke fans to hang out outside of a ground?

It amused me greatly, they seem to think they have divine right to stand there! maybe we should all take them a cuppa and a pie at half time to make up for the disappointment

Is more like an article from Viz!!!! Blocking their free view- has the club no shame? Poor old 103 year old Harold or whatever his name is can cycle to the ground but can't last the whole game in the stadium!!! Bless him.
Surely the club should consider a beamback TV for these poor unfortunate free loaders.

The police should move them from the area. I don't think the Police can move people on from an area like that if all they're doing is watching a football match for free. I think you have to spend shitloads of money on tickets and travel before they can do that.

I'm surprised the Vale haven't put in a cheeky request to post a season ticket poster on the back of the new screen.

As a resident hill dweller, I can honeslty say that I am discusted with the people that installed the TV set. Heads should roll for this latest cock up by the stadium management team. I am sure I read on here that the whole reason for the huge TV was so the club could broadcast the game live to us "loyal and battle hardy" fans who will not go into the stadium due to the smoking ban, which was so wrongly imposed upon us. This is a direct attact of our human rights as citizens in a neo nazi society. I am emailing the club to ask when the screen is going to be rotated. NB: Tongue, cheek insert at will

The club should turn the screen around and beam the match live to Higgy's Hill!!
The club clearly is too big for it's boots and doesn't spare a though for those fans who want to watch the game for fuck all.
...and put some seats on the hill as well - it's supposed to be an all-seater stadium.

WTF are these comments on the sentinel website for real LOL . . "warren" is a regular commenter, not the sharpest tool in the shed by any means. He tends to half read something then post some inane misspelled drivel. Its quite amusing really...

Well thats made me smile reading that lot and i dont do smiles on Monday. This chap takes the 1st prize though.
I have watched most games this season from Gordon's Bank (i.e same thing as Henman hill) and I think its a disgrace the club has put this screen in the way just to stop loyal fans watching. Also 15 mins from the end they open the gates for people coming out this is when I sneak in and take a seat, unfortunately in the family stand were there is no atmosphere! Come on Stoke sort it out

Loyal fans watch the game from inside the stadium not outside with a restricted view, what dim wit LOL . .

I can't see what harm they do. If they want to stand out in the elements watching Stoke for free then good luck to them.
It is, however, a bit rich for them to start moaning about the club trying to improve facilities for the paying supporters.

What an absolute disgrace coupled with the fact that as a loyal Stoke fan with a season ticket on the hill I also applied for free coach travel to Blackburn so that I can do my Chritmas shopping there but as i coudn't be bothered to buy a match ticket they won't let me travel & they call themselves a family club.

If you were joking: thats not a very funny joke.
