Celebrate Stoke's last gasp equaliser at St James' Park with us on this week's show. The voice of Newcastle United in the North Celebrate Stoke's last gasp equaliser at St James' Park with us on this week's show. The voice of Newcastle United in the North East, Mick Lowes of BBC Radio Newcastle, reflects with us on the match and tells us why he'd rather be a Stoke fan than a Newcastle fan if it comes down to a relegation dog fight. Former Stoke defender Ian Clarkson shares lots of great memories of his time at the Victoria Ground including some unauthodox training sessions under Lou Macari. All this and the usual quiz, your emails and the usual vaguely entertaining pontifications of the presenters. Download it now from www.stokecityetc.co.uk or subscribe via itunes. As usual we look forward to reading your thoughts on the show / what we / our guests had to say.

Another good podcast. The interview with the Newcastle Journo was interesting - he certainly isn't wearing rose tinted spectacles where Newcastle are concerned is he?
Jeremy Clarkson probably klnows nowt about football - but I bet an interview with him would be hilarious! ;D

Jeremy Clarkson probably klnows nowt about football - but I bet an interview with him would be hilarious! ;D He was on Five Live at the weekend and was asked about football. He said that he had been more of a egg-chasing fan, but that his son had converted him to the beautiful game. He supports Chelsea of course, being a proud Yorkshireman. So yes, he knows nowt about football!

I've emailed Jeremy so we'll see what happens - can't claim to be a massive top gear fan though so it may take the form of an awkward conversation with someone who doesn't really know much about nogger.
Thanks for the comments - please do keep em coming and do keep spreading the word. We have a little more competition now in the form of the club's official podcast so we'll be working ever harder to keep ahead of the game...

Please don't have that already far too ubiquitous cvnt Jeremy Clarkson on.
Listened to a couple of shows today and love the whole home made vibe. Macari interview was ace.
