A lot of people post on here in frustration when the ticket get it wrong so I thought I'd post when they got it right. I spent 15 minutes in the queue to book a Newcastle ticket and got 10 seconds into actually talking to the operator when the line went dead. Suffice to say the language got a little blue at my end. Then 2 minutes later the phone goes and its the ticket office ringing me back and asking me if we had got cut off. They sorted out my Newcastle ticket within 2 minutes. This most helpful lady also talked me into getting 2 Derby tickets when I explained that my wife was 8 months pregnant and I'd only go if we could get an aisle seat. She laughed, said she was in the Boothen End at 8 months pregant and getting an aisle seat was a very good idea. Sorted us out for 2 tickets in Block 8, aisle seats. Now thats what I call service. Thankyou, duck, whoever you were

When we spoke to the guy in the ticket office yesterday, he even knew that it took exactly 42 minutes to drive to our house from the stadium. That was wierd!!

Andy if you give the club a ring and explain the situation they'll sort you out a pass to use the lift. there are quite a few old un's in the upper tier who use the lift, unfortunately I've got a few years left in my legs before i get to that stage ;D.
