TP has got a habit of resting Fuller on returning from International duty. Will he start him this time as the break as been longer or start with Cresswell and use Ric as an impact sub?

he's got over a week to recover from the travelling so no question Fuller plays.

Lightwood, I counted to ten before replying... ;D
Yes, Fuller will go straight back in and should be chomping at the bit after his Jamaican disappointment. With Mama's confidence up, I'm hoping for a great display from our lads up front...

What you on about? He's just had a rest on Saturday. If he needs longer than 10 days to recover from his international trip then he's less fit than i thought.

If it was away from home then possibly no, but with it being at home and the onus on us to go for it from the off then he has to for me!

He'll start but I think Cressy might have the upper hand over Kitson (when back fit) as a late sub, was impressed with him against Brazil

To be honest I wouldn't moan if he started Cressy, he gave a good account of himself and Fuller could be used as an impact sub. What am I saying forget that Fuller and Mama from the start, give Cressy 20 mins and then start him vs Derby upfront with Mama. I hope he starts the Hull game with BOTH Tonge and Soares on the wings, delap and Amdy in the middle.

There is absolutely no reason not to start Fuller. It will have been 10 days since his last game, 8 since he was back in the country and 6 since he should have been completely over jet lag so he should have a full training programme this week. However, despite what fromafar says, Cressy now looks a reasonable option on the bench if needed.
To be honest I am much more interested in whether Tonge will start - I think he should. I'd have Soares on the bench as his pace (if not his control or crossing!) would be useful to have in reserve against a tiring defence late in the game.

Agree with that Forny, I think Tonge's done enough to warrant a start. Despite the mini Tom Soares fan club that has sprung up next to me in the South Stand, he's much more of an impact player to be brought on for the last 10.
