he's a cock
Not a single match report I read after the Stoke City game mentioned the horror challenge on Emmanuel Adebayor courtesy of Ryan Shawcross. I fail to understand how Ryan Shawcross was not even shown a yellow card, when in fact he should have been given his marching orders right there and then
Two words mate - Rob Styles
The only true words he writes in that article are:-
I accept that we played poorly, I accept that we lost, I accept that Stoke out fought us.

So Delaps perfectly timed tackle on Sagna got a 4/5 for brutality and Van Persies sending off offence got a 2/5 for brutality. HA ha ha ha you just have to laugh at rubbish like that!!!

the ball was rolling out towards the photographers. Is that the photographers who were sat behind the goals? so it wouldn't be the same photographers that this nobsack has said the ball was rolling towards, seeing as the foul took place on the touchline in front of the family stand. Maybe the clear arsenal fan read all articles to gague an opinion because he has never watched a live arsenal match in his life. Prick.

As i have posted somewhere else. Since the arrival of Mr We Play Football Fairly and Don't Stoop To Bad Tackling Wenger, Arsenal have had something like 69 RED CARDS. So surely all these so called experts of the game should get a few more facts together before printing. GLASSHOUSES and THROWING STONES come to mind.

Tackle four As Thomas Sorensen, the Stoke goalkeeper, wastes time by waiting to gather a loose ball, a frustrated Van Persie tries in vain to reach it before his opponent picks it up. But the Dutchman’s momentum carries him into Sorensen and, rather than try to pull away, he barges the goalkeeper off his feet.
yes thats how it happened, what a tit

one of the best responses to the article
'It's inevitable that people will read this article and feel that I am just being a sore loser, and that I am just your typical Arsenal fan who cannot accept the spirit and hard work of old school English footballing outfit'
No Mr McPhail, on the basis of the drivel that you have penned, you don't come close to reaching those heights. You have simply jumped on Mr Whinger's bandwagon, long after the event, with barely an eye to the facts. I was there, I saw the game and had I witnessed Mr Whinger complaining at the time or woken up the next day to OBJECTIVE reports about Stoke's 'brutality' then I might take some notice of your comments. I didn't, I won't, and neither will the vast majority of clear thinking people.
To say that the responses from Peter Coates and Tony Pulis betrayed responsibility for the player's actions simply defies belief. I can't remember seeing such moderate, balanced replies from any managers or chairmen. They were spot on.
And lets put all this into perspective. A couple of weeks ago Stoke played Spurs, who ended the game with nine men. Hutton was sent off for a very bad challenge that put eight stitches in Sorensen's face and Dawson went for an over the top challenge which nearly amounted to an assault. Did Stoke suggest that those players deliberately set out to injure their opponents? Did anyone, anywhere, mount a campaign against Spurs, notwithstanding that both challenges were much worse than the ones you are writing about? The answer to both questions is no, and the reason for that is that everyone else just gets on with it. You are just another apologist for Wenger, the biggest whinger in British football, who only started this whole 'debate' in order to deflect what he knew was coming, i.e. another weak performance in Europe. He and the likes of you have simply targeted Stoke in a way that you wouldn't dream of going for established clubs because you think that you can get away with it. The vast majority of objective observers know whats going on, and it reflects very badly on Arsenal and their pathetic excuse for a manager.

I noticed in both recalls that it says Hutton was sent off he wasn't Bale and Dawson were they were the only two.

The people posting actual match reports from proper newspapers basically sum it up. Doesnt need any other defence. They cant all be wrong can they. Sour grapes Arsenal. They know how to win, but they certainly dont know how to lose.
