I'm all up for a good song at the match but often I only find out about unsuccessfully started songs after the match, having missed them, presumably by being too far away and unable to hear them when they were started.
I wonder whether people are up for a migration at Wigan? If I have read the posts correctly we are in a 5000 capacity stand and have sold around 2000 tickets (maybe more) so I take it the stand is likely to be around 50% full? At kick off can we not just get the "singers" to migrate to one another? We can fill the empty seats in an area and hopefully some non singers won't mind moving to other seats (within reason). If we can get a large enough group together we can try and get some of these proposed songs actually up and running. All it will take is a few with enough bevvies inside them to start them off and then the rest of us "willing volunteers" can join in. All we need to know is where we are going to try and meet up. Personally, I'm certainly not bothered where I sit (stand) as long as I can see the action on the pitch.
Am I being a bit naive about this or is this something we can do?

To be honest I don't think we've had much of an issue away apart from at Citeh and that was because they play in a ground akin to Northwood Stadium! I think we'll take well over 3000 and there will be a right din from our end!!

Jamo, no complaints about the din (except Man City when we were poor) but more about our lack of actually getting any new songs going despite plenty of ideas being put forward. Just thought the Wigan game might be a chance to sort something out.

True mate, although given how the stewards seem to be so far this season, moving around the stand may be easier said than done!! Hopefully with a proper away end some new songs will catch on at Wigwam.
