Cheers MM
This win over Arsenal could well strengthen our hand in January.
“I have read stories about Stoke City on your website and to be honest I believe they are a good club. Besides, they have just beaten Arsenal, can you believe it?
“It is a massive win for them, and for sure playing there would be superb.”

Wenger already thinks we have a team full of Barbarians, so Konan should fit in nicely.

thats just made today all the sweeter! i can see a few of the 'unsures' of pre-season coming knocking too now - harewood, ledley, maybe even pennant and hyppia!!
believe it or not we are now seen as a big club, an attractive proposition for players and a team on the up! get in

We have had mixed reports on Konan! But as Knowles has said the important thing about the story may be that it provides confirmation that we may find it easier to recruit players if we remain competitive as the january window approaches.

www.dagbladet.no/pls/dbprod/fotball.spillerbors?ligaid=116&ant=100According to this Norwegian paper, he's had a pretty mediocre season, and is their 69th best player of the season, and only the 11th best Rosenborg player thus far. Doesn't seem to be much enthusiasm for him from Norwegian-based Stokies. I'd be surprised if there was any substance in this link?

If we grabbed this fella, along with Soares, Delap and Lawro, we could have a SKILLED midfield!!!

Stoke should have signed Chinedu "EDU" Obasi Ogbuke last year. The best striker in Norway coming from Norway since Ole Gunnar Solskjær. Now I guess he is too expensive for Stoke. Chelsea is on to him now. 1899 Hoffenheim are leading Bundesliga. They also have Per Nilsson on there team. Also a great player who played in Norway lately. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinedu_Ogbuke

He is a striker without any vision! Has he ever spotted a team mate? He can do some trickery with the ball on his day, but unfortunately this doesn't happen too often! Mediocre is the right word. I've seen this player play MANY times and trust me he won't hack it in the premiership. Rosenborg is my favourite team in Norway, but most of all I support Stoke so I must tell the fact. I can watch Rosenborg on Norwegian TV almost every week and I only live 45 kilometers away from Lerkendal Stadion (Rosenborg's home turf). So I guess none of Stoke's scouts have seen him play as many times as I have, and my message is clear"STAY AWAY FROM TRHIS PLAYER" if money is involved in the transfer!

Bolton signed Daniel Braathen from Rosenborg. I think Rosenborg where very happy when they could sell him to Bolten for too much money and replace him with a better player. It`s the same thing with Konan. They also want to replace him with someone better.
