Had an e-mail passed on to me from me mate saying you get a card through your door saying some company had tried to deliver a parcel to you. the company is called PREMIUM DELIVERY SERVICES!. REMEMBER THE NAME. Therer is a phone contact number at the bottom which they urge you to call for re-delivery. 0906 6611911(Premium rate call). When you connect your call it's an automated service like most call centers so you wont know the difference. You get charged £15 as soon as connection is made which is where they are conning you. Then it works out roughly £1 per min after that. Trading standards are aware of this operation but haven't managed to get to the bottom of it yet so please beware. Pass this info onto as many people as you can otherwise chistmas is gonna look even more gloomy.......! Raytupper ;D

Only passing on info ed. Someone else may have started a similar kind of racket. The mail came from a source at the sentinal, not saying that it's scare mongering or anything but if people know they may not get stung.

It is not a similar racket, it is just old junk mail going in circles. Please don't forward them without checking if genuine or not. Also if anyone in this day and age is stupid enough to phone an 090 number, then it serves them right really.

It is indeed a hoax (but originally wasn't - see my link earlier). Doubt it will collect e-mail addresses. All it really does is add more SPAM to the system.
